Flavours

My cake and  flavour combinations are not set in stone, but these are a few
of my favourites. Taste is a very personal thing so feel free to play around with them.

Multi layered citrus blend of lemon, lime and orange tiers

Fresh citrus fruit infused buttercream

Madagascan Vanilla

lemon and elderflower buttercream

or

White chocolate buttercream with raspberry compote

Amaretto amour

Caramel sponge 

with

Dulce de leche buttercream infused with Amaretto

Deluxe Chocolate

Rich chocolate cake

Swiss chocolate praline buttercream

 mocha buttercream (my favourite)

Cognac soaked Fruit

Apricots chopped Hazelnuts and white Marzipan

Rich Red Velvet

Madagascan Vanilla

 White Chocolate Buttercream

My cakes are all prepared and decorated  in a kitchen which handles nuts and Gluten flours.

 

Gluten free options are available with some of the cakes so please contact me with requirements.  Please also note that I do not use vegan buttercreams.
